Purchase Terms & Conditions – Bespoke Orders

By placing a bespoke or personalised order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Bespoke & Personalised Items

Bespoke or personalised items are made specifically to your requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, personalised names, custom colours, custom drawn pattern and printing of fabric, sizing, embroidery, or made-to-order designs.

Due to the bespoke nature of these items, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, unless the item is faulty.

Bespoke pattern designs are owned by the buyer and will not be resold or distributed by Lyngfjell.

Lyngfjell will store leftover fabric for 365 days from the original order date, and anything remaining unused after this period may be sewn into small unique items and sold at markets. If you wish to store the remaining fabric yourself, please let Lyngfjell know and we will send it to you, as part of your order, or at a later date where the customer pays the postage.

2. Order Confirmation & Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all personalisation details (including spelling, capitalisation, colours, and sizing) are correct at the time of ordering.

Once an order is confirmed, changes may not be possible. If changes are requested after confirmation, we cannot guarantee they can be accommodated.

3. Production Time

Bespoke items are made to order and therefore require additional processing time depending on the size of the order. Please inform Lyngfjell if you have a deadline for delivery of your order and we will make every effort to accomodate this.

Delays may occur during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

4. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Orders will not enter production until payment has been received in full.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your bespoke item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographs and a description of the issue.

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion, in accordance with consumer rights.

6. Natural Variations

As our bespoke items may be handmade or made using natural materials, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are not considered faults.

7. Care & Use

Care instructions must be followed to maintain the quality and longevity of your item. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect care, washing, or misuse.

8. Personalisation Preview

Where previews or mock-ups are provided, these are for guidance only. Final products may vary slightly in scale, placement, or colour due to production methods.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the item purchased. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
